A question about : Credit Compass
Just a word of warning.....
I did a free trial with Credit Compass and when I didn't cancel within the free trial and was charged. I was waiting for something on my file to be changed so I didn't cancel before that happened.
So it wasn't a problem as such and when it appeared on my bank statement, I was prompted to ring and cancel so I don't get charged for another month.
Whilst on-line I realised I could cancel there (which is unusual with this credit agencies) so that's what I did. There was no warning it would be immediate....
I rang to ask to be re-instated for the month to be told to email and request a refund, which I did. Credit Compass are telling me that they won't refund and they won't re-instate my account for a month
