Coming off DLA

A question about : Coming off DLA

I was wondering if anyone has any experience of coming off DLA voluntarily?

I've been receiving Higher Rate Mobility and Lower Rate Care for 3 years, and recently have been lucky enough to have a substantial improvement in my health. I've advised DLA about my change in circumstances and was wondering what happens now?

• once they receive the change of circumstances form from you they will look the award if they feel you dont meet the criteria for DLA they will stop it if they feel you meet some criteria they will reduce the award
