A question about : CO-OP CEO email address?

Hi, does anyone know the email address of Richard Pennycook CEO of co-op please? Tried to do Richard.pennycook@co-operative.coop but bounced back. I shall be writing a piece in the rants section of this re energy at some point!! pm me- thankyou so much.

  • If it is energy related it might be worth contacting Andrew Springall who is responsible for customer services at co-op energy. Any complaint directed to a CEO will merely be handed back to a complaints handler and be signed off on behalf of the CEO.
    Or alternatively follow the complaints procedure and if necessary pass it to the ombudsman after eight weeks.

    They have already admitted they have not followed their own complaints procedure and I will definitely be going to the ombudsman. Fed up of it.
    But want people at the top to know how they treat people.
    Tried to send an email using his name in their email format but it bounced back I'm afraid.... used co-op and energy co-op format

  • Hi, I tried Ramsey Duncan as Head of Energy in both their email formats - @co-operative.coop and cooperativeenergy.coop but both had bounced back; other places said Neil Denley is Head of Energy - one of the emails didn't bounce back so maybe got through BUT tada!! Nice man Andy Springall emailed initially late last night then before 8.15 this morning had sorted it and full of apologies. I will post just in case you're curious the sordid details but not now (too tired) but am soooooo grateful for "energy worker" for AS's name. Mind you, was looking forward to a rant on facebk, watchdog and to ofgem! ;-)
