A question about : (CLOSED) Free Wills
Gretings all,
I have just made an appointment with a solicitor to make my will.
The cost to me is...........wait for it. NOTHING
Under a scheme called willaid (see www.willaid.org.uk)
solicitors the length and breadth of the land will do you a proper will for nothing.
The only catch is that you are supposed to make a donation to charity (a suggested gift of Ј65 is mentioned ) BUT it is not mandatory

John - worth looking into, thanks.

/reckons I would feel guilty just walking out on the solicitor without donating to their charity even though I have just given my regular donations to my favourite charities - Thanx for this it just reminds me that its something i have to do.
