What's the going hourly rate for a cleaner?

  the going rate here in kingston-surrey is Ј6-7 pounds an hour.
• I pay my cleaner Ј5 per hour, she does up to 4 hours each week and I give her Ј20,as long as she gets the agreed work done I don't mind if she takes less time. If she does more than 4 hours because there is more to do I pay her Ј5 per hour or part of an hour.
• Ours is Ј7 an hour, came recommended as trustworthy, unfortunately doesn't do more than she was originally asked. But she does only do two hours.
