A question about : Claiming back VAT in Germany

Does anyone know how to claim back VAT for products I have bought in the UK and have shipped to Germany?

• I would speak to your 'service funds'/SIF office. You need a form (can't remember what it's called but it's probably changed since we were there 8 years ago). They should be able to help you.
• It depends, who you ordered from.
  Lots of companies, you just need to send an email after they send you the goods. Others will take it of before they send it. Just make sure you mention BFPO.
