Hi all,

For those of you with a Cineworld Unlimited card, you'll more than likely have received an email recently regarding a price increase of 50p/month.

I gave them a call this afternoon, told them I was thinking of leaving because of the price increase, and they instantly offered me a month free (meaning that over the course of a year, I'm paying less than I was before the price rise!)

May not work if you've had your free month in the last year, but definitely worth a shot - 0208 742 4010, option 1.

• Be warned, I have been a member for several years. I cancelled this afternoon and wasn't offered an extra month.
• If you have any discounts / perks scheme through your employer you may want check that too.
  They do bigger than usual discounts some times, and we just renewed for Ј150 for the year (non west end deal). If you buy a code its valid for 12 months so we bought when it was on offer in August them used when its was due in October.
