A question about : Cheap virtual office

I'm wanting to get a cheap virtual office address as I can't afford an office, and don't want to get a PO Box address. I've seen some that operate in London, but I'm wanting the North East UK area, and I've found some for Ј60-Ј100 +VAT. I'm wondering, are there any cheaper alternatives to these? Thanks.

Other than this link above about cheapest virtual offices, are there any more just like this?
im also looking perhaps instead if i could get like a cheap pay as you go office space instead were you can use the desk in your own office when you need to rather than paying each week when i may not use it for all 7 days,
can you please help by directing me to any cheap office rooms ,with 1 desk of my own of less than Ј100, as cheap as possible in areas near me

  • Hey guys.... I've used these suppliers in the past and they are one of the most competitive providers of virtual office services I came across.
They do quite a few offices in London and are cheap as chips... I'm paying Ј20/month for an address in central London... i think they do office space and virtual addresses all over the world.
Anyway, I found them to be very professional and the service was (still is) great!
    the website is https://www.yourcityoffice.com
and people looking for Virtual Offices in London can find it here https://www.yourcityoffice.com/package_london.php
hope that helps! oh and the phone number +44 (0)207 692 0608
  • You could try Abbey Business Centres. They have virtual offices all over the UK that could suit your budget perfectly.
Probably best for you would be their virtual office in Manchester
    Hope that helps

  • Regus are the most well known - but you get the quality you pay for in my opinion. I've had a few different VOs with them and they have generally been very good.
  • For a Start Up/SME there really is no need for a physical office, the costs can be prohibitive and the capital spent on actually building the business and finding customers. After looking around for an office i was so unimpressed i decided to keep my business in my spare room and go virtual, i can book meeting rooms whenever i need to impress clients and have a fancy address on my email/cards/stationary etc. I also get a virtual receptionist to screen calls and again this helps present a corporate front. I now have a team of staff who all work from Virtual Offices giving me a nationwide presence.
We use TVOC now for all our Virtuals
  • I used the guys at TVOC as well and everything has beeen great. Phones answered with a mailing address too and all set up in minutes online which was damned convenient as I am a bit of a magpie and if I can't get it done quickly it has the habit of not getting done at all!
  • i have also used yourcityoffice in the past, definately worth checking them out, found them excellent!
  • Virtual office can be done through pbx system. Try RingCentral which is an excellent phone system that can be set to create Virtual Office and virtual departments .
  • Does this Ј20 a month have a customer service or some other kind of customer support? Basic plans from decent telecommunication providers may be higher than the Ј20 price and includes other virtual business phone features.
  • We have a couple of virtual offices, mainly for the receptionist service which helps us out no end.
We went through VirtualOfficeFinder.co.uk, quick, simple lots of choice and so much cheaper than some of the other companies we looked at.
  • Decision 1's Virtual Office option is right for you: it combines an array of services with the grandeur of 1 Place Ville Marie. Visit decision1.com to get a free quote
  • Apologies for being slightly off topic but I asked elsewhere and didn't get a reply - for a sole trader who works from home, when filling out a self-assessment form is it OK to give your actual home address and then a virtual office as your business address?
Edited to say - bother, just noticed this is a resurrected thread from years ago. Oh well, maybe someone can still help!
  • Here's a lists of some cheap virtual office services in London: https://uk.ezilon.com/uk/business/bus...ce/index.shtml
A PO Box is a lower cost alternative to a virtual office, but I don't like it either. It will turn your customer away. For those who don't want or can't afford a traditional office, setting up a virtual office is the best solution. There are great ways to setup a virtual office or home-based office, there's actually a good list of useful software tools to help you grow and run your business smarter on this blog: https://www.timedoctor.com/blog/2011/01/19/virtual-office-software
Managing a virtual office is an excellent way to promote your business, products, or services without the overhead of expenses...and an excellent solution for smaller businesses, as well.
  • Hi,
I am trying to rent a virtual office in Germany and Switzerland. Everything I had a look is above my budget. Do you know any company that offers virtual offices at very low prices? Thanks in advance.
  • Take a look at bizspace.co.uk
We had a virtual office from them and when the business grew we upgraded to a physical office
  • my-uk-mail co uk
