A question about : Cheap tablet from amazon, its rubbish

bought a cheap 10 tablet from amazon (Ј85) as a present and 2 weeks on its been opened, and is poor to say the least. Watered down colours on the screen, speakers so weak you can hardly hear it even in a silent house, its, to be honest, awful. What are my rights please? I never complain about anything so not sure if i have any rights, and if I do, how i go about complaining as it isnt actually broken

• Just go into your account, go to your order and open a return request but it will be sent back at your cost.
  Did you buy it direct from Amazon or from a 3rd party seller?
  You wont get a good 10 inch tablet for less than Ј250.
• 1280 x 800 screen on a 10" tablet isn't exactly earth-shattering.
• Britishboy, 10" is quite substantial. Are you sure that you're disappointed, and not that it's just a little sore?

• i have a simiar issue with carphone warehouse. stuck with a rubbish tablet!
