A question about : CCE

I was recently made redundant & only 3 weeks ago ordered some dollars for a longstanding trip to take my family away for Christmas - instead of presents this year when staying with friends.
Like everyone else involved this is a gutter but will have to dust outselves down & hope we can get some if not all our money back.
Still as long as we have each other & our health, it is worth more to me than the money - albeit I would prefer both

  • If you paid by cheque why don't you try to cancel it (about a Ј12 cost) with the reason that they didn't convert your money or any made up reason as CCE have not met there contractual obligation?
