A question about : Cash4phones. Never ever ever use!!!

It started on Monday the 16th. They received my iphone 4 . The phone looked new due to the cover and screen protector. I realise I should have read the reports where they use a process of lowering the cost by saying the handset has slight damaged.They contacted me to say I had a revised offer and do I accept. I did , on the 17th.
I called on Friday , waited 15 mins on an 0870 number to be told payment will be maid on Tuesday 24th. I called again on the Monday to confirm payment would happen on the next day, the same customer service agent confirmed it would.
Tuesday came. No payment. Emailed them (1) and they apologised and said I will be paid by the end of the day 24th.
I didn't get paid again.
Wednesday I emailed again (2) and they came back. First to apologise and then a second email to say I will be paid between 3pm - 6.45 that day.
I didn't get paid again.
I emailed again (3) and they again got back. They were sorry and due to unforeseen circumstances they couldn't make payments yesterday but they can today and I will be paid.
I emailed again (4) to ask what's going on and can I have a guaranty that I will be finically paid. They come back with yes your getting paid, and it's happening by 4pm.
I haven't been paid.

I have tried to call them and it just rings out at 10p per minute .
I have zero confidence in the company . Bizarrely when I read review sites, they seem to get terrible reviews followed by mysterious amazing ones hours later.
Can anyone advise me what I should do?

    If you give Citizens Advice Consumer Service a call on 08454 04 05 06 they will be able to provide advice and details of your complaint will be viewable by your local trading standards team.
    The more complaints received the more able they are to investigate the company.
