A question about : Capital one credit card in credit

Long story short. I,m going on holiday soon and I've just been paid from work straight into into by bank account . I wanted to make an online transferee using online banking to send cash from my main bank account to my travel card (one of them us dollar currency cards) from travelex.

for one reason on another I made a mistake and transferred Ј1000 to my capital one classic card ( which only has a Ј200 limit) making me Ј1000 in credit, I fly first thing on Friday morning and I'd really like my cash back and transferred to my travel card account by Thursday but cap1 are saying it will take 12 days to get my money back, I have tried to look for a number for UK head office but all I can find is an address, also the Indian call centers aren't much help.

I don't want to rely on my cap1 card abroad as being Ј1000 in credit might make my card defunct and + I will be charged an overseas fee

Can anyone suggest anything please, a UK number I can call, waiting 12 days simply isn't good enough.

would Nat west be able to clam the money back via charge back
