A question about : Cahoot Credit Card

I have had a credit balance on my Cahoot Credit card since June of Ј3.43 intending to transfer it into my Cahoot savings account but have been a bit slow getting around to it.

However, I have gone to do just that today and close the credit card because I have a better interest free deal and have transferred the balance. Only to find that Cahoot have still been taking out .40p each month for something that I know I never signed up for called Cahoot Extra Premiums.

Have anyone had this experience? I have written and asked what it is for and why they have deducted it from my account and demanded a refund. Will post a reply - if I get one
