A question about : BT Billing me for other persons calls.

I have been with BT for phone and Infinity 1 for almost a year and been very happy, until…

I discovered that an engineer installed a new FTTC line in the same cabinet that provides my FTTC line during mid morning of Thursday the 12th February.

Following this I had no broadband since mid morning on the Thursday and on reporting the fault I had to perform all the usual tests required by the help desk script but of course to no avail. When trying to report the fault I discovered that someone in a foreign language was using my line. The help desk arranged call back from an engineer for the following day.
The engineer called on the Friday and started to talk me through the same equipment tests but when I told him of the crossed line foreign phone calls he arranged for a visit from a BT engineer on Monday morning.

Next BT called me on Saturday morning saying that I had run up a Ј130+ bill phoning Romania. She offered to bar international calls to which I agreed as I had not made these calls. Subsequently it became apparent that the calls were to Slovenia.

On Monday morning the engineer arrived and confirmed there was a fault after checking my line and the cabinet, now the fault of course was caused by the installation made on Thursday of the line for a third party (using Talk-Talk according to BT engineer) that piggy-backed onto my line and resulted in spurious charges to my account.

BT have not contacted me to sort my bill as yet, is there a way of emailing them?
