A question about : BT billing errors
Hello,
Just had my BT bill arrive. Not to pleased with the recent price hikes, but also checked the telephone numbers I supposedly dialled to some mobile phone on the indian sub-continent, and listed under the generic heading of SPECIAL SERVICE.
I immediated telephoned BTs infamous 150, and got to talk with an indian guy, who informed me it was dialled from your phone, etc,etc.....
After a ten minute argument (that BT never makes mistakes), he said I have checked your past bills and can see you have not called this number previously - therefore I am giving you a refund for the said amount.
Moral of this story:
Check your bills, if BT can slip in one odd number to every user, then thats a nice little bonus for the big guy.
Regards,
Stan
