A question about : Brother Won Ј20,000 on Lady Lucks
Requesting advice.
My brother has been playing lady luck on his mobile phone for the past year. He deposits regularly into the site, but he mostly uses his free bonus money to play on the slots every night.
On Friday he was playing Pharaoh's Fortune and he happened to hit the JP of Ј20,000 with a 10p spin.
Awesome, right?
Well, they're now refusing to send him his cheque. They took the money from his account and refuse to pay him.
He has screenshots of his win and numerous emails from them.
They offered him Ј50 compensation
They said if he had deposited Ј5 before Monday (After his win) they would have paid him.
They keep coming up with excuses not to pay him.
They won't let him speak to anyone about it on the phone after he requested.
I only just heard about this and I do need more details from him to be able to help him persue this further.
Screenshot of win and copy of emails might be added when I see my brother and ask his permission.
