A question about : Bloody EE and overcharging AGAIN

So I thought I would forewarn you all that after my 4th or 5th incorrect bill from EE nee Orange, this could serve as a warning for you should you just take your bills as a given.
I called EE on Sunday to find out what my options are regarding my moving back to the republic of Ireland in two weeks. I have gotten a new job and have to return home, as its too good an opportunity.
Unfortunately for me, I entered a two year contract in November for my upgrade, but understanding I could not cancel, I investigated my options with lovely Ben in Derry.
HE checked to see what my options were and offered an add-on to allow me use my phone in Ireland, and across the EU to call EU numbers. He also said at the end of the call that I could now call home ie Irish mobiles and landlines as it was now included in my tarriff.
Because I have been stung so often by Orange and EE before, for instance charging me the Ј25 admin fee when I got my faulty phone replaced - this should not happen as the admin fee only applies if the phone has been lost or damaged, because their own insurance also acts as extended warranty, it should be free to replace. This happened twice.
I was also charged Ј90 for incorrect calls a couple of years ago, which they removed from the bill, but when they stopped the DD while they investigated, it appeared on my credit file as a 'missed payment' by me, so I had to get Experian to have it removed, two years later.
Back to present day. After receiving the text confirming my tarriff had changed, I called a few people at home safe in the knowledge the calls were now included - I even checked online if the 'hang up at 59 mins and call back' rule applied, it didnt.
I checked my bill today, and low and behold, all the calls I made have been charged!!! So I had a live chat yesterday and asked 'Scott' if these calls after the text I received would be removed, he said he would escalate it. So today I got back in touch to make sure, and it turns out I was mis-sold the add-on for EU calls - they do NOT apply if calling EU numbers while in the UK!! So I am now at loggerheads with EE once more. Why not leave them I hear you cry.. well I worked for the company for two years a couple of years ago, and I know the tricks, and I also have a family and friends discount of 40% on my tarrif. But honestly, you need to keep an eagle eyed look on your bills because this crap would go un-noticed by someone not checking religiously!!! AGGHHH!!!
