A question about : 'since the beginning of time..'

what time was it exactly, when time began?

Best answers:

  • Surely it was 00:00 on 00/00/0000?
  • well, it probably was before the concept of negativity was descrbed
  • About 13.8 billion years ago, which is the generally accepted estimate for when the big bang happened, which kicked off space/time as we know it.
Of course, this does beg the question - what was there before the big bang ?
  • not after breakfast, then..? :-)
  • Hhmmm ...... not sure when the beginning of time was.
But I do know when 8 o'clock is!

  • OP: since we finally managed to find the 'Higgs boson' and split it thus accidentally creating the big bang......(the Higgs boson turning out to really be the cronoton/time particle)..... I call my theory:
    BANG!-Wibbly-Wobbly-Timey-Wimey-Hadron Collider-oh f*ck-BANG!-Wibbly-Wobbly-Timey-Wimey-Hadron Collider-oh f*ck-BANG!-Wibbly-Wobbly-Timey-Wimey-Hadron Collider-oh f*ck-BANG!-Wibbly-Wobbly-Timey-Wimey-Hadron Collider-oh f*ck-BANG!....
....and so on in a head exploding manner into the infinite....
Shortened to "oh f*ck" to save time
