A question about : Banking or investment for charities
Just wondering if anyone's got any good ideas/recommendations of a good bank, paying reasonable rates of interest for a charity (trading as a Company Ltd by Guarantee) with Ј70K to invest. This is a committee run After School Club, so they can't invest in anything risky, but current high street banks offering next to nothing in interest.
Best answers:
- Triodos any good?
- Yup, the usual suspects are Triodos, CAF and Unity Trust. No-one's offering much by way of interest, but if the dosh can be tied up for a fixed period then there may be slightly better rates available.
- Thanks for sharing .
