A question about : Bank Charges Question: How to go about claiming small amounts back?

Hi all,

I figure First Direct owe me Ј45 in bank charges - Ј30 on my current account and Ј15 on my joint account (i phoed up at the time and got half refunded).

1) How should I contact them about it? Should I phone them, use online messaging in internet banking or write them a letter using the CAG website?

2) Is it worth going all the way? Isn't the court fee Ј80?
