A question about : Balkan Holiday Air

Hi All,

Can anyone help with a claim against BH Air?

The original email we sent (using the template here) was responded to saying that they would wait until the result of the Jet2 case before settling. Since the Jet2 result, we have sent 3 further emails and heard nothing back from any of them. The last one was even sent to the named Sales and Marketing person (as listed on their website).

We're stuck as to what to do next.
