Last week I was both a seller and buyer. I used Collect+, they used MyHermes, both >5Kg packages of RM large parcel size.

We both dropped off at shops Fri, me 09.01, them 14.13
My tracking shows as collected from shop 11.27 and leaving local depot at 14.59, nothing since.
Theirs shows as sorted at hub Sat 0405, received at local to me depot Sun 23.26 and was delivered to me today 15.36.

I was sent a parcel in Dec where the tracking just stopped after receipt at senders depot until after it was delivered over a week later. I sent one in Jan again the tracking just stopped then everything came at once with an attempted del on Sat and then delivered on Tues.

I don't have a MyHermes shop close to me and I don't really want to have to wait in for collection.

Collect+ have previously been excellent, good tracking and a quick service but they seem to have gone downhill in the last few months.
