A question about : Anyone know anything about Delete Claims Management???

I have been speaking to a company called Delete UK Claims Management and they say that they can make my credit card debt unenforceable. Anyone know if this is right????

Best answers:

  • I havent heard of delete but I know a bit about this industry as I have looked into it myself. There have been a lot of test cases and most have been won by the consumer so its definitely worht a try. What are they charging?
  • Ј495 plus a success fee of 10%
  • that seems Ok, most companies charge Ј500 plus 30% of the win!!
  • Do a search on Cartel etc. If you can afford to lose Ј495.00 you could give it a try. If not, use it to pay down some of your debts.
  • I have checked these out on the Ministry of Justice website and they are regulated, which is a big plus!!! I heard a lot of companies have lost their MOJ license for bad practice.
  • There has been loads of problems in this Industry mostly due to the big companies like cartel going bust, I don’t think that means that you cant claim it means that you need to be very careful who you claim with!
  • They have also been going since 2007 so it seems they have been around for a while.
  • Thats right but I think that had a lot to do with bad timing. The courts have been very clear on these cases and the cases with basic breaches will mostly be won without seeing a solicitor never mind a courtroom. If they are telling you it takes 9-12 months or even longer they are probably just selling cases to solicitors which is a waste of time as they will push and push for a court order when you don’t need one.
  • They have said to me that it would take 60-90 days and that they do the whole thing in-house
  • Ask them about the process before you commit to anything, you need to be comfortable that they know what they’re doing. I would ask:
    1) How do they verify if you have a claim?
    2) What is included in the fee
    3) Will you get a refund if you don’t have a case or is there an admin fee?
    4) When do you have to pay your success fee?
  • Try asking them what there success rate is. How many cases have they actually won?
  • Cheers chaps, I will give them a call in a sec. I will let you all know how i get on. Wish me luck
  • I thought in some cases this can be done without the help of a solicitor.
  • good advice.
