• Just re-checked and it's definitely only 11 digits which I think is the correct number.
• As someone who's previously had unwanted points which I've passed on here I'd say it's a nice idea but unfortunately will probably end up with some lurker grabbing any codes which are posted, not even bothering to say thanks. If they can get enough points they be able to flog the stuff on eBay.

Andrex sent an email recently saying they're closing puppy points and the last date to redeem them is 31st December.   The last number here I copied out of a notebook,I'm fairly sure it looks like the second letter is an 'f' but I'm not entirely sure,so if it didn't work one could possibly go through other letters of the alphabet if you had the patience (I'm fairly sure it's an f )
