A question about : Am i being taken for a ride?

I am with Virgin and feel that they are taking me for a ride. I pay my line rental up front and get a loyalty dicount of Ј4. It now costs me Ј24.79 for-

Broadband 30mg
Phone unlimited

A total of Ј36.87 with the l rental then in a couple of months an Extra Ј4 loyalty advice would be most welcome. Thanks

• What do you mean by 'taken for a ride?' They're not conning you, they've offered you a price for services and you pay it.
  If you mean 'could you get it cheaper elsewhere,' then it might be worth checking out THIS guide.
• Thanks Ash wrong wording on my part i did mean could I get it cheaper. It just seams alot for what I am getting, and if anyone was on the same or similar package.
• Without knowing what speeds you get and what sort of call package you are on (and if you are still in contract of course) it's hard to say if you are getting a good deal.
• I WAS with virgin until I realised they aren't all that. They're over priced and I found their internet to be slower than its made out to be. I also found their customer service to be pretty poor. So yes you you could get definitely get better for less elsewhere.

• Just been on to Virgin and have got an 18 month deal for
  Broadband 50mg and XL phone for Ј15.50 i have a prepaid landline.
