  • Thanks Wendy, looks a lot like last week's then, I'll give it a miss this week.
  • Here are this weeks. Hope its helpful to someone.
  • Got 2 bags Potatoes todat great bargain they not too big n use them as normal so is Ј1.18p 5kg spuds - avin sumore on thurs
  • I'm using the potatoes as normal too it's a great price. I also got 3 packs of the peppers to whizz in the food processor & add to meals so as to sneak veggies into the kids The tomatoes were lovely too really tasty.
  • I bought 5 packs of 3 a pack peppers 59p each (I eat a LOT of them when they are on offer), 2 packs of the tomatoes, a swede for 29p no potatoes as they had none but it's only a short walk from uni so will pick some up tomorrow. Also bought their courgettes pack of 3 which was 79p (cheaper than asda smart price, which look more like marrows at the moment anyway!) also bought their bag of fresh spinch for 79p which is cheaper than anywhere else at the moment, very happy
(Picked up a pack brussels for 39p in lidl and also celery 29p)
  • I bought 3 packs of peppers and I'm currently preparing them to freeze. The potatoes are good value too. I decided to pass on the swede.
  • Anyone know what the offers will be from this Sunday yet?
This is what I followed, it's really easy.
  • Has anyone been to Aldi this week yet? The website hasn't been updated.
  • Lilian, how often do they change their super 6?
I was in Aldi today and didn't take much notice of the super 6 offers but did notice
Conference pears were on offer and British carrots (1kg) as well.
When I went through your link in your OP this is what came up:
    from Sunday 1st November
    Onions 29p
    Conference Pears 59p
    Tomatoes 39p
    Baking Potatoes 59p
    Swede 29p
    Peppers 59p
  • By the way, if you live in or around Kingston-upon-Thames try visiting the fruit and veg market (Charter Quay, Market Place) by the old town hall where you can pick up 6 bulbs of garlic for a Ј1, works out about 16p per bulb of garlic. Thought I'd mention this after noticing the garlic in Lilian's OP.
  • They change the offers every week, I popped in yesterday and it was cucumber, cabbage, red apples, maris pipers and I can't remember the other two - but I wasn't impressed and didn't buy anything, but it would be good if you don't have much fresh food in. Me, I've got loads at the moment
Oh and Lugh, the garlic in my previous post was 29p for 3 bulbs - so a bargain!
  • The garlic in your previous post is definitely a bargain but Kingston market's always works out cheaper than most supermarkets as they tend to charge around 30p for loose ones. I wasn't suggesting Aldi's aren't worth it but as you've said their super 6 change every week.
I think one of other super 6 you didn't mention might be British carrots as they were selling very cheap. About 26p I think.
And the red apples are actually Breaburns even though it says red apples on the packaging. I bought some yesterday.
