My friend and I were setting of from LGW flying to Calgary
Booked on Canadian affair
November 2013
18 hour delay
connection in calgary missed.
we had to pay for a night in a hotel in Calgary which we didn't use.
I used MSE advice and templates to claim compensation.
This was refused
I contacted CAA They say it was exceptional circumstances, as the pilot was sick.
