A question about : Water Meter Ј50 a month, a dam Joke

Been on a water meter a numbe of year now, its gone from Ј30 a month to just over Ј50 a month.

Its a dam joke. I can not go onto to water rates, as the meter has been in the house more than a year.

The water bill is just spiralling out of contral.

I have checked for leaks, and even reduced the amount we use.

A question about : Where to get water softener salt?

Does anyone know where to get this? Is there anywhere online? I've tried google and froogle and all I've got are dead links to the B&Q website.

Here's a good one. Did you know that if your house's rainwater pipes are not connected to any sewer (i.e. only to a ground water soakaway) you can get a rate reduction on the waste discharge part of your water rates.

3. essex and suffolk have sent us letters claiming a leak on property.
