A question about : Advice regarding child benefit

I have tried contacting my local CAB, however have had no luck, so thought I'd try here.
On 9th July I received a letter stating what I would be paid and when.
I noticed one of my twins had been missed off the letter, so called them up. They told me there was no record of my son, despite me sending the one form with both twins on, and them returning both birth certificates to me.

A question about : Working tax credit severe disability element

Hi, I am in receipt of Dla care and motability both high rate. I do not receive any working tax credit in payment as my hubby works as do I. In my recent tax credit award it shows the severe disability element in the WT section but due to income the amount due is zero. What I would like to know is if I can receive free prescriptions because the element shows?

A question about : ESA and compensation

In brief: OH had a motorbike accident in July 2009 (not his fault) - he claimed SSP for 6 months ish and then onto CB ESA. He has booted off CB ESA in April this year (not eligible for income based).

He is claiming compensation for the accident (had 4 operations as a result to date, constant pain, etc etc) I have vague memories that he has to pay some (or all?) of the ESA he claimed back (I don't even know if this applies for the SSP too)

A question about : jsa whilst renting out my own property

I rent out my own property and have recently been laid off. Can,I claim Jobseekers allowance. I have tried t sell my other property in the past with no luck. I have no equity in the property. I live with my partner in a rented property

Hubbie has lost his job and I work only 10 hours per week. Like most people we have a mortgage and bills to pay. Basically where do we go for help, what can we get help with and also we have two young children. Many thanks

Seperated from ex 4 years ago, I worked away too much and it just wasn't going well. Have 3 kids and when home I stay and work from my mums and visit the kids as much as I can pick them up from school.

When we split I agreed to leave the joint mortgage coming from the joint account, as I visit at least twice a week when home I didn't bother with the messing about of moving things other than work related stuff, i just picked it up or she passed it to me when dropping the kids off. Worked fine until now!

A question about : Ariste Holdings (Cash Genie) NATWEST Fraudulent Card Transaction

2 years ago, I had a Cash Genie Loan for Ј100, I paid them Ј80 of it back but then split with my partner and lost my job within a month. I should have paid the Ј20 but just didn't have a spare penny being on Job Seekers.

I received some back dated tax credits today due to starting work and at 11am this morning there was Ј198 in my account. An hour ago, it had gone.
