A question about : Need to lose 84 lbs

So I have a exercise bike at home which I should use more and I used to be a member of a leisure centre but never went lol

Now I need to lose weight and have decided on Military Fitness and to take one class a week, more if possible. I have also thought about taking up running but I don't like the idea of running on public streets on my own lol So I have throught of joining a running club is this a good idea? Also I want to take up tennis again but it's just getting the money & time for all this.

A question about : Is it possible to swap tickets for the Olympics? Not involving any money

If so, I have two for the beach volley ball I would like to swap?

A question about : Gift my Olympic tickets

Does anyone know if we can just give away our tickets for no money?
I can't attend any of the events I got tickets for and wish to give them to family or friends rather than sell them back or not use them.
Is it possible?

A question about : Olympic Park access

Hello,

I have olympic tickets for an event at North Greenwich Arena (The O2), does anyone know if I can access the actual Olympic Park on the day I have tickets for too? Or do I actually have to be going to an event in the Olympic Park to get in? It would be a shame not to get to see the park even if I have tickets!

If you've got Olympics tickets you get a free London Travelcard for the day, which is valid from Watford Jct. Does that mean I only need buy a return to Watford on that day ?

A question about : running and hydratation

Fellow runners, how do you keep hydrated?
I've started taking on running outside this summer and found that running up to 10k and I am ok without drinking anything whilst running (although probably not ideal), but now that I do 15k +, I am finding that dehydration sets in and affects my performance.
