Hi All,
I received a letter from Citi credit cards today re their payment protection insurance

basically the letter says...

THIS LETTER IS IMPORTANT- IT CONCERNS THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT PROTECTION INSURANCE SOLD TO YOU 08/02/05 AND RQUIRES YOU TO TAKE ACTION TO REVIEW WHETHER THE PRODUCT IS SUITABLE FOR YOU AND IF IT IS NOT YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO A FULL OR PARTIAL REFUND.

I am wondering if there is anything I can do in this situation....

Im getting charged PPI on my Barclaycard credit card and im pretty sure I didnt want this.I've asked them to look into it and i've received a letter saying they have requested the relevant documents so they can check.Can I claim these charges back if I didnt want PPI ?

i was a customer with brighthouse for 8 years until last year iv lost all my agreements can someone look at there agreement for me and tell me if you pay ppi then i can put in a claim to get mine back ,,,thanks julie
