A question about : Cardiff
Hi all,
I'm making a move to Cardiff next week to a property on Westgate Street and was wondering if someone could help me out with where to park?
Cardiff City Council refuse to give me a residents permit for the street over, and the only other places are the rugby club, near by hotels or ncp. I can't afford any of these. The angel hotel today quoted me Ј30 a day!
Do I have any rights to near by residents parking if there's no allocated parking for those of us living on Westgate Street?
Having a nightmare with this so if someone could help then I'd be super appreciative. thanks.
Best answers:
- Not sure about all restrictions re: Westgate Street. You can park in Cathedral Road which is just a 5 minute walk over the bridge. Probably better to go to the right side of Cathedral Road, where all the hotels and pubs are.
