A question about : Dont know how to upgrade...

I currently have a sim only contract with T-Mobile that expires on 18/5, using my iPhone 4. I'd like to upgrade to a pay monthly contract on an iPhone 5c and keep the same number. Budget is up to Ј50 up front for the phone and less than Ј20/month. Calls, text and data allowances are secondary.

Is there such a deal and how should I approach this? Many thanks.

A question about : mobile contracts

Just want to know where I stand if I am half way through my contract but have run into financial difficulties and cant afford the contract anymore. I have contacted Vodafone as I am 2 months overdue on payments but they are not willing to cut my tariff and negotiate with regards paying up the arrears as well as keeping up normal payments

A question about : Data Only low usage requirement.

Hello actually mobiles appears to be the only place to put this thread but please move if incorrect.
I am involved in a product that may require a standard sim card for data transfer only. No phonecalls or texts. 3G is fine.
The amount of data will be a few mb per month only.
I suspect what I want is not available as everything caters for huge amounts these days or for very short periods of time.

A question about : Vodafone returned myphone with no battery or back and now won't give me replacements!

I’ve got an LG G3 phone on short contract with Vodafone. It had trouble with reception so I took it to a shop to be repaired. They took the phone (battery, back and all) and sent it off.

A week later, when I returned to the shop, they returned the phone – but with no battery or back cover. The person in the shop said that this was standard practice and that backs and batteries were considered ‘accessories’.

I just wondered if anyone has used this company to upgrade. Are they a real company?

im a little worried as my mum has upgraded through these when they called her and not sure if they are a genuine company or are after her bank details...?
