A question about : entering prescription for prescription glasses.

I'm ordering glasses online for my husband to use as a spare pair.
His prescription is from Vision Express and he needs glasses for both distance and near. Do I enter the full prescription for both distance and near or do I leave the Add 1.25 off the distance glasses?

Food Optimising is a plan for life, it is not a quick fix and you should look at weight losses over a period of time. There are no prizes for speed of weight loss.

You need to commit to making changes to the food that you buy and how you cook it, because what you have been doing in the past has not got you to where you want to be.

You cannot use parts of the plan that suit you and forget the rest.

A question about : Cutting out sugar from my diet. Has anyone else done this (or IQS)?

I bought some books written about sugar and its effect on health. Then I picked up some of Sarah Wilsons 'I Quit Sugar' books and read through those.

The more I read about it, the more I believe that cutting out sugar is the way forward for me. While I am looking forward to any weight loss that happens, that's not my primary goal.

A question about : Price of private a 'Radiologist report' + 'Oncologist report' ?

When needing a private radiologist and also oncologist to view some X-rays, and examine them and write a report on them, to determine what the Xrays show

(any health issues, explanations of any shadows, or any conclusions which they might draw by looking at the Xray)

Then if they were to write a report on these findings, then what would be a typical price looking to pay for a:

i) Radiologist report
ii) Oncologist report?

Do you think it's possible to lose 6lbs in three weeks?

I tend to eat healthy anyway and go to the gym for an hour a night, Monday thro Friday but just 'maintain' which I'm happy with.

I have a holiday in 3 weeks and would like to lose 6lbs if possible.

Would I cut what I eat, do more at gym, both?

A question about : Lose 100 lbs in 2015

I am starting the year recovering from pleurisy and nursing a bad knee. And both of these conditions are exacerbated by my need to lose 100lbs, there it is 100lbs seven stone how have I got in this mess? my weight has crept up year on year for the last 30 years and now I need to tackle it before I retire next year as I have lots to do and plans to achieve.

It is the first time my weight has severely effected what I can do and it is my health light bulb moment, just like the ones so many people here have about money.
