A question about : Can i add more pv panels to my 4kw system?

I had a 4KW system fitted in oct and rushed into it as i could have had a bigger system but didnt want to wait for dno approval. It is generating more than expected so can i buy a bigger inverter (im looking at adding 10 more 250w panels so would probably be looking at a 6KW inverter and selling my 3.6 inverter) and if so what would happen to my FIT?

A question about : Changing Supplier

My Supplier and the company who pay my FITS are the same EDF does it cause issues if I then change supplier or are they completely separate?

A question about : Yingli v's Sunpower PV

My parents have been getting quotes and are now in need of some advice. Ikea quoted Ј4,200 for 1.8kw so they have been discarded. Another company refused to quote because it would not be aesthetically pleasing on their cottage - would be the only house on the street with panels. Third company have given two quotes - one for Yingli and one for Sunpower panels. Hopefully they have given me all the details needed to help them make an informed decision as to which to go for.

Yingli - 14 x 275w =Ј4,700 +VAT

A question about : Elios4you Monitoring Device

Just recd a quote offering me this as part of the package however I can deduct Ј300 from the quote if I decide not to take advantage of this.

My question is, is it worth it?
