Just had a great deal from this company for a year's electricity contract which beats all the household names..... but I've not heard of them before. Has anyone heard of them or used them? Thanks

A question about : Rented flat prepayment meter

After some advice for my son, he lives in a house which is divided into 6 flats, each flat is like a bedsit and have a prepayment meter in each one, should each tenant recieve a statement of their energy usage along with how much they have spent and what the unit charge is? He is having to spend at least Ј40 per week in tokens which I think is extortionate for what is basically 1 room.

Hi there, I wonder if anyone can shed some light on this?

I recently moved into a property with my partner which we bought, and moved in on 19th Dec 2014. On 20th Dec 14 we arranged our gas and electric with NPower and got a really good tariff. They explained that we would be billed by the current supplier between the date we moved in and the date of the switch.

A question about : Fixed deals for shared house

Hello,
We are four people sharing a house and it looks like we could save a lot of money switching to a fixed deal. But what if the person named on the bill moves out - can someone else take it on or are we stuck with the early exit penalty?
I wondered whether anyone here might have experience in a similar situation and could enlighten us. I had a quick google but came up empty. Thanks for your time!
