A question about : Candidates

I recently went for an interview for a role through an agency (company 1). I also went for an interview for a role which I found myself (company 2). Both called me back for second interviews however company 2 offered me the role before I got to the second interview for company 1. I delayed giving them an answer and went for the 2nd interview with the other job.

A question about : People on the dole

Okay, I am gonna come clean. This came up on a different thread, but instead of hijacking (again ) I thought i'd start a new one- I'm scared, but here goes.
I'm on the dole.
I'm sorry, really, really sorry.
There are no jobs.
I have no qualifications.
I do everything I can- honestly I do. (well, lets put it this way, I have never lied to the jobcentre, I am in fact doing more than they ask)

Do you ever get this attitude, There are plenty of jobs out there really really pi$$es me of, it implies I am not doing enough to get a job

A question about : gap between classing dates and interview.

There are three jobs I have applied for and the closing date was about the 12th of April for them all. It says in the information pack that the interviews will be in the week starting the 23rd of April. Therefore, given that I have not heard anything now, do I assume that I have not got an interview for any of them?

Hi,

Can anyone point me in the right direction for information on working in the US?

Situation is that OH's company may well be looking for him to relocate at some point next year. They would sort out the visa, but it would be useful for me to get an idea of what jobs would be open to me. From what I've seen it looks like a lot of jobs are only open to US citizens.

i am looking for courses to do at home as i have a young son i have been on open study college but they have just called me up and wanted some money. what courses if any did you get your qualifications from or what is the best at home learning site there is alot of fakes
