A question about : Can anybody advise on Vodafone fraud

Hi all. About 3 weeks ago my online account with Vodafone was hacked. I was made aware of this by recieving an email to say thanks for updating your address details then a text to my wife's phone saying thanks for upgrading. So I immediately rang Vodafone to say I hadn't changed address or ordered an upgrade. The operator could then see that my account had been hacked and changed my address back and said he would cancel the dispatch of the iphone 6+ to an address in Denbigh rd or street in London. He also closed my online account and canceled my direct debit. So a week or so later I ring to check my balance, I have 2 phones on the account my wife's at Ј20 p/m and my sons, hasn't been used for about 5 months as broken , but can't cancel till February at Ј14.50 p/m . And surprise surprise balance due about Ј75 . So rang Vodafone again to find they'd dispatched the phone to the fraudsters and allowed then to take out a Ј45 pm contract. I asked if I could pay my proper bill but was told this isn't possible as my account has now been frozen while the fraud investigation is being dealt with. Then yesterday my wife gets a text saying she's going to loose service because the bill hasn't been paid. How can I pay the bloody bill when my account is frozen. So I rand Vodafone again and was told my only option is to pay the bill I full including the fraudulent Ј45 . I told them to go and whistle as there's no way this is right. WHAT A COMPLETE BUSH OF BLOODY MORONS. I warned them before they sent the phone that a fraud was taking place, and not only do they dispatch the very exspensive phone they also encourage the innocent party to pick up the bill. Now I have a excellent credit rating no mortgage or debts and I can see this whole farce effecting this. WHAT WOULD YOU GUYS DO IN THIS SITUATION . or what more can I do?
