Hi,

I have been working for an employer where there is a number of stores around the country. On the RP1 form for redundancy the details for the employer would be the head office or the retail store I worked in?

A question about : Reasonable adjustments ignored

I have a significant and chronic muscular skeletal problem. The Occupational Health doctor made recommendations to my employer for reasonable adjustments to my job in 2006. This was carried out and I have worked since having had good support. Last year, my job changed and I became more office based although I could still move around and go out to meetings.

Hi I am owed holiday from this year,I am on long term sick leave,I know my employer does not pass this over to another year and I don't know if I will be able to return to work,have tried and didn't work out to well.How would I go about this holiday issue.

A question about : Won employment tribunal but employer not paying

Hi,

Earlier this year I was working for a company which was paying me irregularly (had been there over 5 years in total) and the problem was slowly getting worse as I wasn't being paid a full months wage so what they owed me was going up.

Once I decided I couldn't afford to work there any more I spoke to Citizens Advice who arranged for me to speak to someone who specialised in employment law. He told me to start looking for a new job and to leave the company I was at as soon as I did.

Hi there,

I was wondering whether anyone knows employee rights when it comes to publishing personal data to other employee's?

A list of staff personal phone numbers was emailed out to all staff at work today which included my home and mobile number (personal not work).

Where do we stand as employee's when this kind of information is giving out? Is it ok to do so?

A question about : Suspended without pay.

A relative went into work yesterday to be told he was suspended without pay until further notice due to allegedly being tired and not full attentive on his previous day's [sunday] shift. The work is bar work. Relative was also accused of going in late --which they wernt the pub clock had been adjusted wrongly but pub landlady refuses to accept this.
Is it legally possible to suspend someone like this without written notice.
