where to buy safety shoes or boots?

A question about : where to buy safety shoes or boots?

I need some new ones for work as my current ones are hurting my feet. Can anybody recommend some comfortable safety shoes or boots?

• I bought Dunlop from Sports Direct for Ј19.99 (on sale), and they have been excellent. This autumn in will be a year since I've bought them, and they are still doing fine (with heavy wear too - I wear them every day in autumn-spring and some of the time in summer - I also walk a lot). They are very comfortable too.
• if you NEED them for work then your work shoudl buy them for you.
  I got mine from ARCO because they have a shop where I could go and try them all on, I usually have to buy a size bigger because I have medical insoles (which I took with me to try the boots on).
  I tried on about 10 different pairs of boots and came out with the catalogue number, went back to work and they ordered them for me and arrived within 2 days. I didn't pay a penny and I still have them even though I left work last week.
