A question about : Severn Trent Water
Very long story but Severn Trent put a note through the door to tell me I have a leak in my service pipe!
Three months later I am still fighting to get proper information from them and to speak to someone knowledgable. Exasperated I wrote a letter of complaint with letter to my MP and OFWAT. It's taken a week but I have a resolution and an offer of Ј100 compensation from Severn Trent to compensate for poor service.
It's always worth writing a letter and copying it to higher powers, it can do wonders.
