A question about : Urgent... help needed.. Citylink direct phone No

Hi, Im scraping the barrel here. getting desparate.

Ive been waiting for a parcel to be delivered since 25th of November. Ive checked the tracking No. and this is what it states...

I still havent received it, I desparatley need this item for Christmas.. When I try phoning the citylink customer services there an automated service saying that they are experiencing extremely high volume of calls, so please email Which I have done, numerous times....
Im looking for the direct phone No to swansea Citylink courier depot, if anyone knows it... pleaseeeee title=Madtitle=Mad

    It seems all there numbers are 08444 930 ... 932 is tracking your parcel, 931 is General Enquiries, 936 is complaints etc.
    So I hope 930 helps get what you need

    I have been waiting for my parcel since 20 December. The website had been showing 24 Dec as the delivery date until yesterday (1st Jan) when he changed to 30 Dec!
    The company is a joke. You cannot get through to any of the phone numbers. Does anyone have their email address as I am def making a complaint. I am also going to notify Ebuyer as well.

  • I had a nightmare with city link just before xmas.
    Im currently in a womens refuge and a friend of mine sent my kids xmas presents up to another of my friends houses for me to collect them 2 weeks before xmas on next day delivery.
    They finally arrived the day before xmas eve after me having been chasing them every day with no explanation and promises of phone calls back to let me know what was happening that never arrived.
    On the tracking it stated that there was only 3 boxes and not 4 also i was petrified they werent going to arrive and that i was going to have to explain to my kids that father christmas wasn't real
    The tracking still shows they are in plymouth depot despite the fact they were delivered from bangor depot on the 23rd december!
    I still havent had a response from my email complaint i sent to them on the 20th december and nor have they bothered to phone me back!
    i will never be using city link again and if i know a company uses them to deliver i will use someone else!!
    I hope it arrives for you soon.
  • I am soooo very sorry to hear of your problems.... here I am going on about my Husbands Christmas presant, my god.... If I was waiting for my girls christmas presents to arrive, Id be in a hell of a state.... I sure hope you manage to get things sorted for yourself and Children...
    well..... seems like the phone No you gave me yesterday did the trick.. the parcel arrived
    yesterday evening, the driver was in a hell of a strop (unfortunatly, I wasnt at home, so my daughter dealt with him)... He told my daughter, "you do live out of the way"... My sister's partner saw City Link van 3 miles from here 2 days before Christmas!!!!! I would have given him "out of the way!!!!!"
    I have one huge problem now though, I need to find a courier to send this parcel back to the firm now!!!!!!! hmmmmmmm..... were do I start without touching City Link??? grrrrrrrrr

  • Ahh dont worry about me hun they arrived in the end and that was all i was worried about! Well that and the fact i had been snowed in here for 2 weeks too!
    Im glad it arrived eventually.
    I have read awful reviews regarding hdnl however in 4ft of snow they managed to get a parcel to me next day it arrived 18 hours after i placed the order. I couldn't praise them highly enough! x

  • I had the misfortune to arrange a fishing rod to be collected by them.
    I typed in the consignment number on their website, and I was informed that it would be collected between 07.30 and 15.30.
    With this, I waited in ALL DAY and they never turned up!!!
    I emailed them 5 days ago, complaining about their rubbish service, and they still have not replied!!!
    The shop who I was returning the rod to has said that they WILL NOT apologise!!!
    I am absolutely disgusted, by their arrogant attitude!!!
    There are lots of couriers who would be grateful for the business, and would no doubt have far better customer service as well.

  • Very angry at City Links service, and promises. They admitted responsibility for losing my Ј3500 camera equipment, and offered to reimburse me for it. Unfortunately that offer didn't transpire.
    As a consequence I have produced my own website that hopes to inform consumers to avoid such a rogue trading business.
