A question about : No tickets...can we still go to Olympic Park?

We didn't manage to get any Olympic tickets but would still like to take the family to London to do something Olympic. Does anyone know if it's possible to spend a day in the Olympic Park without actually having tickets for a specific event?

I know previous Olympics have been open access but I can't be clear from the LOCOG website what the siutation is in London.

A question about : Disabled Seating

I wonder if anyone on here has tickets in the wheelchair spaces at any events? I applied for tickets, but wanted to go with my husband and 2 children. I was told that I could have 1 companion with me (my husband) but was not allowed to take my children with me. It was suggested that I got 2 tickets for the wheelchair area and 2 general tickets. Bearing in mind my children are 4 years old and 1 year old...this may be a problem! Has anyone else come across this?

can my employers prevent us from mentioning anything to do with the olympics

• Unless you work for a sponsor/supplier of the Olympics (as your employer may be bound by their contract with the organisers), then I would of thought no, and why would they want to do that?
• If your employer is not a sponsor then there are very strict rules about use of olympic logos etc in an attempt to stop non-sponsorc claiming an affiliation with the games. Could be that I suppose?

A question about : Advice: sports wear for husband

Christmas present time.

I know he is getting low on gym wear, and I also know he's been talking about looking at swapping to all natural fibres ( his other clothes are) because he has psoriasis. He spends quite a lot of time in the gym, visiting more than once a day often, for stress relief as much as fitness, and sometimes takes a class like yoga, for which he wears his normal gear.

He wears shorts. And occasionally gets jogger's nipple.

A question about : How often to have swimming lessons?

I have just learned to swim. Only half a length, but hey that's more than I've been able to do for 60+ years. I am currently having lessons once a week. Would it be crazy/damaging to take a second set of lessons? All the teachers at the pool seem to teach the same way, so I doubt there would be a conflict of advice. It's not just technique I need to learn, it's building up stamina and confidence, and I am still reluctant to go to the pool on my own since I don't want to go out of my depth - yet.

A question about : Running Earphones

Hi all, I've recently got into running and am wondering if anyone can recommend a good set of earphones, I'm currently using the hideous ones that came bundled with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3, they aren't loud enough and they always fall out. I'd really like a bluetooth pair but I'm not sure whether they're compatible when I've been looking around online! Any help would me much appreciated, thanks.

A question about : CHEAP puncture protection for mountain bike?

Hi all, I've got an old rubbish bike that I paid Ј10 for just to ride to the shops and back.

I keep getting punctures all the time! I bought that slime stuff which cost about Ј10 (the same price as the bike ha!) but it's not helping, had to walk home again last night. The tyres are a bit low on tread but not bald.

I see this tape stuff but again it's another Ј10 and reviews don't seem too good?
