A question about : PHS rolling contract

I have googled PHS contracts and come up with various responses, but just wondering if anyone can help with a 3 year rolling contract that has just rolled over for a third time!! Is there any way of getting out of this. I am being told I can cancel but will need to pay the remainder of the contract which doesn't expire until July 2017. Which I find hard to understand as the invoice has only just gone through. If we're stuck then we're stuck, just wondered if there may be a way to get out of this.

A question about : Payment Terms

Hi, not sure if i am posting this in the right place... but here goes!

We have a small agricultural contracting business and we have always stated that payment terms are 28 days after date of invoice. We are struggling with cash flow at the moment and was thinking about changing our payment terms to 14 days.
Can i change the payment terms on our invoices to 14 days without any reason (such as customer not paying on time)?

Hello, I've just set up my limited company and I've been declined for a business bank account with my own bank. I do have a couple of defaults and I'm on a DMP which I have been paying back for almost 2 years without any hiccups. I have run my current bank account extremely well.

Basically I am 17 years-old, studying A-levels in Economics, Maths and Politics with an AS-level in Philosophy. Been offered University places at Russell/1994 Group Universities to study Economics.

I am thinking of declining my University offers and going into employment for about 2years and then hopfully gaining business finance and buying a re-sale Subway Franchise that turnsover about Ј4-10k a week and start my rich dreams from there?

Or should I just continue in education?

Hi everyone

Just got the letter from HSBC saying their business account charges are going up in September. I'm looking for a cheap alternative. Turnover under 20kpa, most deposits are by cheque and I tend to manage the outgoings by internet payments. Any recommendations?
