A question about : Selfridges Online
Can I just ask if any one else is having problems with Selfridges online. I took advantage of a 20% discount offer a couple of weeks ago and have had a really bad experience so far. I did two orders and the money has been debited. I opted for a collection date of 3rd December but only one order was there and when I got the parcel home, only half the order was there. I still have no idea if I will ever see the other order at all.The customer services in my opinion is truly awful and I suspect under resourced. I feel as though I have spent hours sitting in phone queues to get no further forward.
