A question about : Protecting home from care home fees? Help!!!

This is a bit long winded so I apologise firstly.

Just over 2yrs ago my mum was diagnosed with early onset altzimers at 58yrs old and a year later was put into a care home. My parents had bought there council house about 10yrs previously for about a third of the value of the house and for reasons unknown to me got a interest only mortgage which is due to end in 2016. My dad is classified disabled too now and is unable to get a new mortgage for the house. My youngest brother still lives at home.

A question about : tickets to the Scottish Ballet

The Scottish Ballet have perfomances in Edinburgh Festival Theatre, Glasgow Royal Theatre and Eden Court Inverness in April 2005. If you quote Spring Offer when booking tickets for the stalls will only cost Ј10.00.

A question about : REALLY cheap ginger ! (Irn Bru)

Scotmid, Bonnybridge, Falkirk, are selling 6 packs of Irn Bru and Diet Irn Bru 330ml cans marked as special price Ј1.69 They have an offer on at the moment, which is 2 for Ј3.50 (which really is pants) HOWEVER they scan through the check-out at Ј1.74 for 2 x 6 packs

Ј1.74 / 12 = 14.5p per can.

Bargain.

Not sure if this is in all scotmid stores, or just that one, or maybe all COOP stores. I have now got 20 pack in the garage (diet of course) for the kids packed lunches......

I remember seeing this deal a few weeks ago in other Sainsburys stores, and thought the deal had finished with the individual branches presumably getting rid of their old miscellaneous stock, but I was surprised to see Sainsburys @ Meadowbank Retail Park still with stock at up to 90% off!
