A question about : Quick question about payment offer letters
I am sending out my standard letters to my creditors today regarding my offers of payment. (or no payment to be more precise)
My question is, I want to send them out by recorded mail so I know they have been received..but with my bank account overdraft, I'm unsure if I should send it to my branch, or if I should find an alternative address that's a bit higher up in the chain?
After spending so much time organising everything the last thing I want to do is receive a letter stating I have to contact someone else. Maybe it's just my utter lack of confidence in my brach staff that's worrying me... (If you'd ever had the pleasure of dealing with them you'd understand )
Oh and I'm with the Bank of Scotland. Cheers
