A question about : Pre-paid parking, PCN charge.

Hi, my son has been parking in a pre-paid parking spot for the last 4 years ( paid by the company he worked for ) and has recived x3 PCN.s all seperate dates for a total of Ј310.00 for failing to fully displaying a valid permit.At the bottom of the letter it states that as a reputable operator it states that any charge connot be unreasonable or used as a penalty, considering payment had aready been made so the company ( Vinci park ) had not lost any money would he have grounds for appeal,

• Thanks, part of the problem is my son has since joined the army and due to his situation comunication is EXTREMELY limited, he's, not home until mid april and i'm not allowed to do anything on his behalf ( i've tried ). but i can post the appeal he sent and there ( ZZPS ) reply,thanks. ???.

• I.ve phoned but they will not discuss it with me, ( data protection ), just woundering if it is worth trying as i said the parking spot was pre-paid.
• when you say you have phoned , who? the rental company or ( I hope not) the PPC

• Rental company ??? i phone zzps. they sent him letters while he was away.
• Just reply as your son (as long as he knows and gives you permission to do so). The PPC won't know any different.
  Never ever phone a PPC or debt collector - it's a waste of time and oxygen.

  the PPC and the debt crawlers have no interest in what happened .... they only want the ЈЈЈ.
  To beat them you need to use the well tried and tested first appeal and then a POPLA appeal.
