A question about : Parking eye parking charge notice ?

i have received the above today for a incident on the 3/1/15.
Basically I parked on a service road of a local retail park, I didn't see any signs.
When I returned to my car, the parking guy was taking a photo of another vehicle that was parked in front of me, but didn't say anything, so just assumed I had got back in the nick of time as he was attaching a ticket to the windscreen of the car in front.

A question about : Parking ticket but never been to that part of UK!

Hi there,

I have today received a Parking Charge Notice Reminder from TNC on behalf of P4Parking.

I have never been to this part of the country and on the day in question I was working from home!

The letter is correctly titled to me, as is the registration and make of car however the colour is wrong.

Going through the forums I can't seem to find anything similar to this. Should my first point of call be to the DVLA?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A question about : UKPC I think I've messed up my appeal.

I received a windscreen parking notice for failing to display a valid ticket. I did have one but it had blown over on the dash and I didn't realise until my return.At this stage I had never read the threads on this site for parking appeals and I panicked and immediately put in an appeal on their website.
I appear to have done everything that the posts say not to. I waffled about the ticket blowing over and as its a free for 2 hrs why wouldn't I display a ticket. I also sent a photo of the ticket as evidence.

A question about : Council Car park Ticket Appeal

I have appealed a ticket I was issued on the grounds stated. The council involved have rejected my appeal as set out below and in the letter of rejection state that the missing sign is in place which I know to be incorrect and have photographic evidence taken on the day. I am waiting for the notice to keeper to make a formal appeal.

A question about : Premier Park Ltd PCN through post

First off I have read through a lot of the stuff up here and I apologize if I'm repeating something someone else has asked, if so point me to the right thread or search and I'll get the info for there, thanks in advance.

Where i live we have a private car park and some of the spaces are 'B' and some 'C', I am permitted to park in B but most of the time these are full so i sometimes park in C. This has never been a problem until Premier park started operating in the car park.

A question about : Help please after incorrect 1st appeal

Hi, I parked my car in Trevithick Road car park, Cornwall in January to look around Camborne town centre.

I am new to the area and when I got out of my car I couldn't see where I had to go to pay. I looked around for signs and ended up inadvertently purchasing a ticket from a machine in an adjacent carpark which I later found out isn't part of Trevithick car park.

A PCN was issued by Armtrac within 5 minutes of me leaving my car.

Hello. Really hope that I don't get a telling off but I have read through the sticky post 'Read This First' RE private parking tickets and I am in bit of a unique position and unsure as to what to do next.

I purchased and displayed a valid ticket for my car whilst parking at the Peel Centre in Stockport (Excel Parking Services look after that site).

A good few weeks went by and I received a letter from Excel which I ignored as I knew I had purchased a ticket.

A question about : PCN notice should I appeal

Sorry for posting on this again. I have read all the advice but I'm a little confused.

There was a PCN notice on my car windscreen today from a company called PCN(NW) Ltd. The car was parked outside a shop, they claim I wasn't in either of the shops that are associated with the parking area. I was and I have a receipt to prove I was not only in the shop but that I purchased an item.

I also feel that a Ј100 fine reduced to Ј60 if I pay in 14 days is a bit excessive.
