A question about : Motorway service area PCN Scotland

Just received a Parking Eye PCN, complete with photographs of my car arriving and departing a motorway service area but spending 30 minutes too long within the area. I wasn't the driver but received the PCN as registered keeper.
I have read the stickies, and advice not to contact the parking company in any way in Scotland, but wondered if that advice did apply to service areas also or do different laws apply to motorway system.

I received a PCN on 6/9/14 followed by a reminder PCN on 15/9/14. I appealed online on 19/9/14,stating I was the registered keeper but not the driver.
I received a response dated 27/9/14 but received 2/10/14 saying they wanted me to provide the name and address of the driver,to which I ignored.
